Eclectic Parent

Gymnastics has moved from 5- 8 PM to 3:30 - 6:30 for the summer. Makes a big difference. We had time to play - plays, dance, read books. I took C and B with me to drop off D for gymnastics. Then we headed to Trader Joe’s for ridiculous amounts of juice to make popsicles tomorrow. Today was hot. Higher than normal for Arizona in the summer HOT. So I thought popsicles would be a good idea. So Trader Joe’s for strawberry kiwi and mango and limeade and about 8 other kinds of juice. Hey, I had helpers!

Then we headed to the library to return books, find some new ones and pay a massive fine. grrr Usually I get an email when books are coming due. I didn’t this time and since we go so often it’s hard to keep track of what’s due back when. When I said I’d never gotten the email, the said it’s a courtesy thing and it doesn’t always go through. How am I supposed to know I will sometimes get them and sometimes not. grrr again. Then to the post office and back to pick up D. Lots of running around with no particular place to go.
