Today was the fourth day of camp. Daddy brought the video camera to camp today. We’ll have to see what we got out of that. Afterwards they went swimming; camp is at the Y after all. So after three hours of soccer and one hour of swimming, D had lunch and hour to rest and then headed out to three hours of gymnastics. I don’t know how the kid does it. (Last week when we were talking about syllables and clapping them out, I brought up indefatigable [that's a super syllable word if ever there was one] and explained that they are the living definition of the word – unable to tire out sounds just about right. If today’s seven hours of exercise doesn’t wipe him out it will be deemed impossible.
We picked D up from gymnastics and took the kids over to a friends house. We’re swapping babysitting. She watched our three while we went to dinner and out to see Harry Potter. Saturday night we’re going to watch her younger kids so she can take her eldest to Harry Potter. (And even with the seven hours of exercise, he was almost the last to fall asleep. He was beaten by his sister who had taken a 3 hour nap.)
